Operations Assistant
Key responsibilities (not limited to)
• Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Client) review on new client relationships
• Process investment trading accounts applications compliant with regulatory requirements
• Handle existing clients’ account maintenance requests
• Support global requirements for risk and AML
• Perform financial transactions with Back Office system (deposit, withdrawals, transfers, etc)
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
• Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
• Proactively measure and improve operational processes
• Managing a good communication with other internal departments
• Expected to take initiative, delegate effectively, and communicate clearly, to job drive the department goals.
• Liaising with external associates for problem solving
• Liaising with external associates for day to day operations
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the back-end systems
• Documenting settings and functions of back-end systems
• Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
Requirements
• 1-3 years' previous experience in back office administration
• Good Knowledge of CFD industry
• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or Business-related.
• Ability to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
• Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent , initiative, customer-oriented
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Native Chinese speaking reading writing
• High level of written English, good level of English speaking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
