Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting on Windows/MAC operating system.
Strong knowledge of LAN (Ethernet) and network protocols such as TCP/ IP or qualification in Engineering or Networking
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure i.e. DNS, IP Address, Subnets etc.
Strong knowledge of broadband Internet.
Strong knowledge of enterprise storage & backup platforms
Hardware deployment (Servers, Network equipment)
Network troubleshooting or support experience.
Experience maintaining and managing network infrastructure LAN/WAN/Cloud

Added Advantage:
Having any of industry certificates (CCNA,CCNP ...)
Advanced Linux system experience
Experience in SQL database
