•为公司交易提供支持
•为会计团队提供支持，推动月结和季度结
•更新公司产品管理系统
•按每一笔交易完善具体合约内容
•与供货商订购所需服务和产品


作为理想的候选人, 你:

•会计软件Xero
•具有物业管理知识优先
•会说英语和普通话
•精通Microsoft Excel
•工作细心

What you will do:

o supporting our external accountants to drive month & quarter end close
o prepare balance sheet reconciliations through Xero
o manage receivables and payables
o prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards summarising the company’s financial performance
o manage and update our Management software and tools
o issue and manage lease contracts with students, monitoring expiries and renewals
o manage the ordering and delivery of furniture
o liaising with property owners and building managers on inspections, move-ins and maintenance requests

What you need:

• Business related degree, majoring in accounting
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail

Things that would be nice to have (but not essential):

• Mandarin Chinese
• Experience in property management or real estate
