BCR is a multi-award winning Australian financial services company based in Sydney. We specialize in offering online Contracts-for-Difference (Forex, Precious Metals, Commodities, Shares, and Indices) trading in both domestic and international markets to retail and wholesale clients.
Position: Sales & Marketing specialist
Location: North Sydney

About you:
Bilingual - Mandarin & English.
Minimum 3 months Internship period
2-3 days per week of availability
Willingness to learn professional skills/knowledge in the FX market
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Proactive candidate who has a real passion for marketing and sales
Ability to provide exceptional and consistent customer service
Relevant trading experience is preferable
Key responsibilities:
Assist client’s needs with enhanced skills and knowledge
Correspond with current clients on a regular basis for additional needs and create referrals
Use trading techniques including fundamental & technical analysis to provide some general guidance to current & potential customers
Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and current affairs
Identify potential new customers, develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
Create and support company's branding and marketing strategy
Assist with the development of marketing materials that are necessary to the market and customer needs
