Overseas students' counsellor and accountant

Registered Migration Agent preferred!
Accountant or bookkeeper experience preferred!
Industry experience preferred!

We are looking for an overseas student counsellor, who familiar with Australia education system and providers, have experience in overseas students’ education agent and migration agent, work in small office located at Sydney CBD.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Day by day work of Migration agent and overseas students’ education agent; Including clients’ consultation; Schools, Colleges and Universities’ application; Visa documents preparation and lodgment; Clients’ data entre and record; Purchase OSHC for overseas students, account receivable, issue invoice and follow up, account payable, confirm our sub-agents' payment, company credit cards check, renew agent agreement of education provider.

General Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications;
• Familiar with Australia education system and providers for overseas students;
• Extremely computer literate and excellent with MS Office;
• Strong and Confident Communication skills, Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent Time management, Good communication skills and being pro-active, self-motivated, organised and a multi-tasker.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
