About The Role
As Human Resources Admin, you will provide support in the recruiting and hiring process, with a key focus on the food & beverage service workforce. This role will also be responsible for – but not limited to – assisting in all administrative tasks, including payroll processes and the maintenance of employee data; developing policies and procedures in accordance with Company standards and employment law; and participating in international projects and activities, contributing to the various HR projects.
About You
You are a positive individual with a can-do attitude who is looking to further develop their career in Human Resources. In addition to this, the following skills and attributes will contribute to your success:
· previous experience in recruitment is essential;
· a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources;
· a good knowledge and understanding of employment law;
· intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
· excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· a problem solver, with excellent attention to detail;
· a professional attitude with a strong sense of confidentiality;
· the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment;
· experience in the food industry will be advantageous.
· Mandarin speaker preferred.
