As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate, motivated Mobile Phone Technician that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Diagnose device and explain issue to customers
* Provide repair skill training to junior technicians
* Share ideas with store managers, promote and develop technicians
* Parts management
* Respond and resolve repair customer issues that have been escalated

To be considered for this role you will have;

* Phone Repair Skills and retail experience is a MUST
* Time management and problem solving skills
* Be flexible to work on the weekends and late night trade
* Effective communication skills
* Reliable and dedicated to the job
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
